We take pride in the quality of our gift wrapping services. If you are not satisfied with the wrapping we have provided, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and, where appropriate, re-wrap your gift at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Begins

You may cancel your order before we begin wrapping your gift. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

After Service Completion

Once your gift has been wrapped and you have accepted the service, cancellations are not available. However, if you identify any issues with the wrapping quality, please contact us immediately.

Corporate Orders

Damaged or Defective Wrapping

If your wrapped gift is damaged during the wrapping process or if materials are defective, we will re-wrap your gift at no additional charge. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your wrapped gift.
